Hailey Bowens is a compassionate and experienced Patient Care Technician with over 15 years of healthcare experience in hospital, private home care, and clinical settings. A nationally certified PCT and BLS provider, Hailey is committed to delivering high-quality patient support and playing a key role in the clinical care team.

From 2023 to 2025, Hailey worked at the UAB St. Vincent’s Emergency Department, where she delivered exceptional care in a fast-paced ER environment. She assisted with triage, specimen collection, EKGs, and mobility support, while ensuring safety precautions were followed during patient transfers.

From 2017 to 2023, Hailey worked in private home healthcare, providing direct in-home care to elderly and disabled clients. Before that, she spent time at Pell City Hospital from 2008 to 2016, working as a PCA in the med-surg and ICU departments. There, she supported RNs and clinical teams, monitored patient conditions, recorded vital signs, and provided emotional support during critical care situations.

Hailey’s skills include EKGs, phlebotomy, patient care, problem-solving, CPR, and customer service. Her attention to detail and fluency in English make her a standout in any healthcare setting.
