Local Health Center Adds Chiropractor

Cary, NC – Dr. Angela Baylis, Doctor of Chiropractic and Owner of Iatria Health Center, has announced that Darcy M. White has joined the firm as a Doctor of Chiropractic at the Cary Arboretum location. White, a California native, obtained a bachelor degree in horsemanship from Virginia Intermont College and a doctorate in chiropractic from Logan College of Chiropractic. Specializing in myofascial diagnosis, White uses an interdisciplinary approach to treatment and rehabilitation.

Iatria Health Center Raises Funds For Katrina Victims

Local Health Center Donates $1200 To American Red Cross

Raleigh, NC Dr. Angela Baylis, Doctor of Chiropractic and Managing Director of Iatria Health Center, has announced that the organization has donated $1200 to the American Red Cross for Hurricane Katrina relief. The money was raised through employee and client donations at each of the center s four locations.

“Hurricane Katrina wreaked havoc throughout the Gulf Coast and the American Red Cross is doing a tremendous job meeting the needs of the people of that area,” said Baylis.“I am proud to be able to donate to the Red Cross on behalf of our employees and clients.”

Iatria Health Center Managing Director Recognized By Alma Mater

CARY, N.C. – Dr. Angela Baylis, Doctor of Chiropractic and Managing Director of Iatria Health Center, was honored as the Chiropractor of the Year out of 4,000 alumni from Parker College of Chiropractic in Dallas, Texas. Dr. Baylis graduated with her Doctor of Chiropractic from Parker College, and earned a Bachelor of Science in Anatomy from the same institution in 1998.

“Dr. Baylis exemplifies the best in the chiropractic profession,” said Dr. Fabrizio Mancini, President of Parker College of Chiropractic. “She promotes wellness and chiropractic through her community efforts and works tirelessly to mentor young chiropractors. Kristi Stephenson Named Spa Manager At Downtown Location

RALEIGH, N.C. – Erika Mangrum, President of Iatria Day Spa, has announced that Kristi Stephenson has been named to the position of Spa Manager at the Downtown Raleigh location. In this position, Stephenson will oversee customer service, human resources, the retail boutique, hiring, training, and management of staff, sales, and development of the location’s client base at Iatria Day Spa, located in the Progress Energy building on Davies Street. Stephenson, a Raleigh native with a degree in business communications and human resources from Meredith College has previously served as the Assistant Manager at the Cary location of Iatria Spa and Health Center.

Iatria Day Spa Announces New Cary Location
Local Day Spa To Open In Cary This Spring - Jan/2005


Erika Mangrum, President of Iatria Day Spa, has announced that the firm will open a new location to be located at the Arboretum off of Weston Parkway and North Harrison in Cary, North Carolina. The 4612 square foot office space, anticipated to be completed in early Spring, will be equipped with a 12-foot wide wall with water cascading over glass mosaic tiles, state of the art steam/showers and saunas, a nail salon with outside views and a water feature, four esthetics rooms, five single massage rooms, a couple's massage room, and a spacious relaxation lounge with private dining alcoves. The firm currently has two locations in North Raleigh, as well as a new location to be opened in Downtown Raleigh in Summer 2005.
